Shoeboxes are arriving! Pick your boxes up at End of the Roll, 695 Gardiners Rd. Fill them with school supplies, hygiene items or toys for children living in poverty, famine, disease or war zones around the world.

October 13 & 14: The History of Rehabilitation Therapy

Explore Kingston’s role in the rise of rehabilitation therapy in Canada from the 40s to the 60s. Artefacts, illustrations, and historical documents will trace the rich history of rehabilitation therapy in Kingston from World War II to 1967, when Queen’s School of Rehabilitation Therapy opened its doors to its first students. Admission by donation. Free tours available.  This project is a partnership between Queen’s University School of Rehabilitation Therapy and the Museum of Health Care in celebration of the School’s 50th Anniversary.
