Looks to be that he and his mystery lady are pretty happy!

Internet sleuths discovered that Sam’s gal in this latest IG vid is Hannah Lee Fowler – his muse for tracks like “Break Up In A Small Town” and “Make You Miss Me”.

I guess she did miss him after all. Daww.
