Homecoming Weekend

Thousands of visitors are coming to Kingston for Queen’s Homecoming this weekend.

Kingston Police and City officials are asking students, residents and visitors to be safe and respectful of neighbours.

The Nuisance Party Bylaw and University District Safety Initiative are in place from now through Sunday.

That means anyone involved in a nuisance party could get a ticket that results in a court summons.

Bylaw enforcement officers and a large contingent of Kingston Police officers will be patrolling the University District and say they won’t hesitate to issue tickets.
