New Covid-19 Case in KFL&A

Kingston has reported it’s first new case of COVID-19 in 12 days.

KFL&A Public Health reported the case on Sunday.

That brings the total number of cases to 63.

There are no other active cases in the region.


Norman Rogers Airport

If you fly out of Norman Rogers airport, this is welcomed news.

Flights to and from Kingston will resume September 8th.

Originally they were slated to resume in June but due to COVID-19 travel restrictions the timeline was shifted.



Kingston Police have released the identity of a man who fled Kingston Police after a traffic stop Thursday evening.

27 year old Timothy Donovan, who’s known to police, is wanted on several weapons and drug related charges.

There’s no perceived risk to the public at this time.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 9-1-1.


Military Vehicles

You’ll likely see a lot of military vehicles leaving CFB Kingston today.

The Vehicles and personnel are participating in training with Operation LASER,

the Canadian Armed Forces’ response to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
